Colors, lines and the smokey eyes. If you can do shadows - choose purple or brown. These colors will look amazing on every girl. But if you are brave enough and want something really fresh and fashionable, you should try bright blue or red colors.
Are you that girl that always gets compliments on eyeliner? Then why don't you try to replace that black eyeliner to something more interesting? This Spring you have all rights to choose bright colors and be super gorgeous.
Even if you aren't really good at doing the eyeliner thing, or you always mess it up with eyeshadows, you can always cheat by using a pencil and a brush to create the smokey eyes effect.
